Four competition robots and my own personal builds were all routed and printed in-house, with laser-cut work outsourced to SendCutSend and Fabworks when necessary.

CNC routing
Parts for four FTC seasons and for my own projects were cut on a ShopBot Desktop, toolpathed in VCarve and run through ShopBot 3 — 6061 aluminum from 1/16" up to 1/2", polycarbonate across the same range, and MDF from 3 to 25 mm for rapid iteration and turn-around time.
3D printing
Four FDM machines — a Bambu P1S, a Bambu A1 mini, a Creality K2 Plus, and an Ender 3 Pro — running PLA, PLA+, PETG-CF, TPU, ABS, and polycarbonate.
